1. Advance Payment — Refundable Ya Non-Refundable

Har project ek advance payment ke saath start hota hai. Ye advance payment aapki slot booking, planning aur design work ke resources allocate karne ke liye use hoti hai.

Agar hum design ya development work start karne se pehle cancel karte hain, to advance payment gateway/transaction charges minus karke full refund kiya jaata hai. Ek baar kaam start ho jaane ke baad, advance payment non-refundable ho jaati hai kyunki wo already committed time aur resources cover karti hai.

2. Project Start Hone Ke Baad Cancellation

Project start hone ke baad (design ya development work shuru ho chuka hai) cancellation allowed hai, lekin uske rules alag hain:

Advance payment non-refundable ho jaati hai. Agar project ka koi hissa complete ho chuka hai (design mockups, coded pages, etc.), uska cost bhi apply hoga — neeche point 3 me detail diya gaya hai.

3. Client Project Cancel Kare To Refund Kaise Calculate Hoga

Agar client apni taraf se project cancel karta hai:

Kaam start hone se pehle: Advance payment gateway charges minus karke full refund.

Kaam start hone ke baad, delivery se pehle: Completed work ka fair, pro-rated cost nikal kar bill kiya jaata hai. Jo amount already paid hai usme se completed-work-cost minus karke baaki refund hota hai. Agar completed work ka cost paid amount se zyada ho, to remaining amount alag se invoice kiya jaata hai.

Final delivery ke baad: Website deliver, approve aur source code/deployment rights handover hone ke baad project complete mana jaata hai — is stage ke baad koi refund nahi diya jaata.

4. Agency Project Cancel Kare To Kya Hoga

Agar kisi wajah se (technical limitation, unforeseen circumstance, ya requirements jo hum deliver nahi kar sakte) youthdev divers Agency ki taraf se project cancel karna padta hai:

Client se already collected amount me se sirf completed work ka fair cost rakha jaayega — baaki poora amount 100% refund kiya jaayega, chahe kaam start ho chuka ho. Agar koi kaam start hi nahi hua tha, to full advance refund hoga bina kisi deduction ke.

5. Revision / Change Requests Ka Treatment

Har pricing package me design aur development phase ke dauraan ek reasonable number of revision rounds included hote hain (package ke hisaab se — pricing page par details available hain).

Included scope se bahar ki requests, ya final approval ke baad ki changes, separately billed hoti hain aur ye cancellation/refund policy in par apply nahi hoti — ye ek naya scope of work maana jaata hai.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refund original payment method (UPI, card, netbanking ya bank transfer) par process kiya jaata hai.

Refund approval ke baad 7-10 business days ke andar amount aapke source account me credit ho jaata hai. Actual credit timing aapke bank/payment provider par bhi depend karti hai.

7. Refund Kaise Request Karein
